TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This is an offer to sell travel. The Sponsor of this vacation offer is Imperial Majesty Cruise Line Vacations (“IMCLV”) located at 2419 E. Commercial Blvd., Suite 100, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33308, and its responsibility is limited by the Terms and Conditions set forth below, and all other Terms and Conditions provided for in the fulfillment materials provided to recipient prior to and during use. IMCLV is responsible for quality travel packages to promote specific hotels and resorts in Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale, which it exclusively owns and operates such as Vacation Village at Bonaventure and Vacation Village at Parkway. By accepting this offer, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the below Terms and Conditions and agree to them.

Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando & Imperial Majesty Cruise
This vacation package includes nationally recognized Ramada® Plaza Resorts Gold Key Award Winning accommodations for 4 days & 3 nights in South Florida, 3 days & 2 nights in Orlando Florida. Select packages include complimentary Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for two (2) or four (4) while in Orlando and South Florida at a restaurant or hotel of Sponsor’s selection. This package will accommodate up to four adults staying in the same accommodations. This package also includes 3 days & 2 nights aboard a Carnival® Cruise or 2 days & 2 nights aboard Imperial Majesty from Port Everglades to Nassau, Bahamas. On board all Meals, sleeping accommodations and entertainment included. Select packages may include $50 in casino matchplay. Your vacation does not include the following: Transportation, additional Meals, Hotel Taxes, Incidentals, Government Taxes, Fuel Surcharges, Service Charges, Florida sales tax and/or Gratuities. This is a very popular program and space is subject to availability (Christmas and New Years excluded). Therefore, we require you to send your reservation forms at least 60 days prior to the start of your vacation. Space is extremely limited during other peak holiday and seasonal times. Therefore, fulfillment reserves the right to substitute hotels or cruise itinerary of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s discretion.

Cancellation of reservations: If a reconfirmed reservation to travel is canceled, a fee will be imposed as follows and, if available, debited from funds paid and held for travel deposit. Any balance of funds paid is non-refundable and will be held as a non-refundable deposit towards any future travel request:
1.) cancellation made on any confirmed reservation up to forty-five (45) days prior to arrival = $25 per person
2.) cancellation made forty-five (45) to thirty (30) days prior to arrival = $50 per person
3.) cancellation made twenty-nine (29) to seven (7) days prior to arrival = $100 per person
4.) cancellation made seven (7) days or less prior to arrival = forfeiture of all funds paid
5.) if you do not arrive on your confirmed date, forfeiture of all funds paid
6.) additional cancellation penalties may apply for certain upgrades
IMCLV pays for all hotel accommodations and on board cruise ship expenses included in package in advance and must forfeit deposits in the event of a cancellation as listed above.

Upon cancellation of your vacation package, so long as the purchaser is not at fault and has not cancelled in violation of any of the applicable terms and conditions, all money paid for services not provided will be refunded.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
Participant is also entitled to 4 days & 3 nights in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for 2 adults. One traveler must be 21 years of age. Third and fourth travelers staying in the same room are subject to a nightly charge of $25 to $30 per person per night. (regardless of age). A refundable deposit of $100 is required. Send deposit in with reservation form. Your Vacation does not include the following: Transportation, Meals, Hotel Taxes, Service Charges, Sales Tax (where applicable), Country Entry/Exit fees, and Gratuities. Hotel Taxes must be paid directly to the hotel upon check-in. We reserve the right to substitute hotels of equal or greater value when deemed necessary. In the event your requested reservation date is not available, we will contact you in order for you to select alternate arrival dates. Your reservation request must be received 45 days in advance of your earliest arrival date. Once reservations are confirmed, they may be changed for a minimal reschedule fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the $100.00 refundable deposit. In the event that you can not use this bonus vacation, it is transferable to a friend or family member at no charge.

Las Vegas, Nevada
Participant is entitled to 3 days & 2 nights in Las Vegas, Nevada for 2 adults. One traveler must be 21 years of age. This and fourth travelers staying in the same room are subject to a nightly charge of $20 per person (regardless of age) per night. Check-in only Sunday thru Wednesday. Check-in on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday is extremely limited and subject to a surcharge of $20 per person, per day. During major holidays and conventions accommodations are not available. A refundable deposit of $100 is required. Hotel taxes are payable at time of booking your reservation. (The amount due will be based on your travel date). Send deposit in with reservation form. Your vacation does not include the following: Transportation, Meals, Hotel Taxes, Service Charges, Sales Tax (where applicable), and Gratuities. We reserve the right to substitute hotels of equal or greater value when deemed necessary. In the event your requested reservation date is not available, we will contact you in order for you to select alternate arrival dates. Once reservations are confirmed, they may not be changed. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in a revocation of entitlements afforded. In the event that you can not use this bonus vacation, it is transferable to a friend or family member at no charge.

Price: As presented, the purchase price for this vacation package before use of Travel Credit voucher is approximately $896.00, based on time and season of travel. However, there are many different travel options available which may alter the listed vacation package price.

Your reservations will be confirmed in writing. Do not book non-refundable airline flights until you have received your letter of confirmation. This vacation package can not be used consecutively. Therefore a waiting period of two months between traveling on above or other additional travel packages must be imposed. By taking advantage of this offer, you expressly request and agree that IMCLV and their marketing partners may contact you by telephone, at the number(s) provided, mail, or e-mail for the purpose of promoting various products and/or services and agree that you may be contacted by the use of an automated telephone dialing system. Once you accept this Offer, you understand that you will become a customer of the Sponsor, and consent to the Sponsor providing information on this and other services that it offers through the use of automated, pre-recorded telephone messages to the telephone number(s) that you supply. You expressly waive all federal and state No-Call Registry protections for the purpose of future marketing.
